Job summary
Identity and access management technicians ensure technology environments operate securely, with their main focus being security systems and other IT equipment. They are responsible for managing access control rights and any changes or incidents related to user rights across different software and hardware components. It is essential to be able to work under pressure and quickly adapt to any situation. Identity and access management technicians are also tasked with carrying out audit and control activities in accordance with our clients’ standards, methods and procedures.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grant, revoke or modify access rights
- Perform general security maintenance tasks on various platforms
- Take part in security and review tasks
- Provide user authentication and authorization support
- Provide support for security application services
- Troubleshoot issues related to access permissions and security problems and incidents
- Handle incidents and problems
- Analyze security incidents and problems
- Implement the necessary solutions and fixes
- Write and update all documentation
